The ACT is a college readiness assessment that tests what you learned in high school. Colleges use your scores to determine if you are ready for college courses and if you should be admitted to their school. When you register online you will also take an interest inventory that will give you information about major and career options that may suit you. You can take the ACT as a junior or a senior. The school will provide one free testing opportunity for juniors in the spring. If you would like to take the test again you can register online on ACT.org but you will have to pay the fee in order to do so.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted- ACT no writing test: $60
- ACT with writing: $88
- Test Option Change: $25
- Late Registration: $36
When registering online, you will need your ACT ID (which can be found on your score report), your high school course info, a credit card, and a headshot. You can choose the testing center that works best for you. Melrose would be the closest to Sauk Centre.
