Activities Office Use Instant Alert to Notify Parents of Cancellations

We use the Instant Alert system for parents of athletes. Using this system, you receive a recorded phone message about any game cancellations. We normally make these decisions based on weather at 2 p.m. and do the phone call at that time. We encourage all parents to make sure your data is up to date on the Instant Alert system to take full advantage of this program. Students involved in our sports teams are already placed on lists, depending on what sports they are involved with each season.
