Online Registration
Registration for 2026-27 will open on August 10, 2026.
We are excited to launch Bound as the new home for Sauk Centre Mainstreeter Activities. This new all-in-one platform allows families to register and pay for activities, view schedules, rosters, purchase tickets, and more.

Follow the link above and once there, click on the Registration tab as shown below.
Before registering, all families must create a new Bound account. Once your account is created, you'll be able to register your student(s) for one or multiple sports in a single process. Participation fees will also be paid through your Bound account.
Requirements for Participation
To participate in any practices or competitions, student-athletes must complete all three of the following:
- Current Physical on File (physicals are good for 3 years)
- Upload the completed physical form (first page only) into your athlete's Bound account.
- Physicals are not required for non-athletic activities.
- Complete Online Registration through Bound
- Both the student and a parent/guardian must electronically sign all required forms during registration.
- Athletic Office Clearance
- After registration and physical upload, our athletic staff will review submissions and clear the athlete to participate. Head Coaches will be notified who is cleared for participation.
- Athletes may not begin tryouts or practice until clearance is complete.
New This Year – Athletic Fee Payment in Bound
Athletic participation fees will now be paid directly through Bound. You will be prompted to submit payment as part of the registration process.
Payment Options:
- Pay securely in Bound using a credit card.
- Or bring cash/check to the Activities Office. Click pay with cash/check in bound and finish your registration.
Other Reminders:
- Payment Deadline: Athletic participation fees must be paid prior to the first contest of the season.
- Fee Waivers: Students who qualify for 2026-27 Free/Reduced Lunch may be eligible for partial fee waivers. An additional form must be submitted annually. Watch the fall mailing for these forms to be mailed out to all students.
- Family Maximum: There is a $700 family maximum per school year for athletics and activity fees.
