Home of the Mainstreeters

Enjoy skiing on the groomed trails located behind the school and next to the Sauk River.   Groomed by volunteer for both traditional and skate style skiing, the trails are rated easy to moderate with cut-offs to avoid the few large hills. About 3.25 total kilometers. There is also a separate groomed walking trail.

We are happy to announce we have received a donation of a Skandic SWT snowmachine for grooming from Dave Simpkins, Publisher of Minnesota Trails Magazine.

Access the walking trail at the tennis courts on 6th Street.  Ski trail access is behind the high school at the entrance to the stadium.   Trail opens as soon as conditions allow. Trail conditions are posted on Skinnyski.com.
