I’m honored to serve the families, students, and staff as Sauk Centre School District’s superintendent. I started my career in education in 1990 as an Elementary teacher in Browerville, Minnesota. In the fall of 1991, I returned to Sauk Centre as a 6th grade teacher and coach. In 2016 I entered into administration serving as the Dean of Students and Community Education Director. In 2018 I accepted the superintendent’s position in Brandon-Evansville School district and remained there until the spring of 2022. I returned home to Sauk Centre in 2022 as the superintendent of schools.

I look forward to continuing the tradition of providing a quality education to all of our students and families. We have and outstanding staff, school board, and leadership team that will continue to work towards challenging our students with the goal of achieving educational excellence. Building authentic relationships with our students and staff is at the cornerstone of my philosophy. Our countries future lies in the hands of our greatest resource, our students we have in our schools.

Once again, I’m honored to be in this position and so grateful to serve the district and community of Sauk Centre. I embrace the challenge to give back and lead this school which has provided so much opportunity for myself and family through the years.

Welcome!  I am delighted to be part of the team who serves the community here at the Sauk Centre Public Schools.  I grew up on a local dairy farm and have always called Sauk Centre home. After graduation, I completed the Legal Secretarial Program at Alexandria Technical College.  While we were raising our three sons, I was self-employed as a Job Developer in the Work Comp Industry and later accepted a position as an Office Administrator with Experience Works that operated nationally through state and federal grants.  

While our boys were growing up, we enjoyed horse riding activities and camping.  Les and I love spending time with our family and friends; and especially appreciate our time touring the beautiful country scenery together by motorcycle.

Hello! I am grateful to be part of the team here at Sauk Centre Public Schools.  I grew up on my family’s farm near Greenwald and graduated from Melrose High School.  I then attended Fergus Falls Community College where I received my Associate in Arts Degree and then transferred to St. Cloud State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.  While in high school and college I worked as a Member Service Representative at a Credit Union.  When I graduated college I accepted a position in St. Cloud doing accounts payables which soon grew into much more.  I managed five locations, processed payroll, Human Resources, Accounting and much more.  I was with that company for almost thirteen years and have been working with our District since February 2018. I enjoy working in the community we are raising our two beautiful children in.

In my family's spare time you will find us spending time on the lake, playing sports, driving ATV's and snowmobiling (if we get enough snow).  We truly love being active and doing anything that involves being outside.

I am honored to be part of the Streeter family!  The Sauk Centre community has always been my home and I am a graduate of Sauk Centre High School as well as my two sons.  I started my career in school finance in April 2000 at Melrose Public Schools.  I served their community and business office for 15 years.  In September 2015 I became the business manager for Holdingford Public Schools.  I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the students, families and staff here at Sauk Centre Schools starting in January 2022.  While school finance is largely a behind the scenes function for many people, it has an important impact on the success of our students.  Every decision I make is made with the students in mind and I hope to use my many years of experience to uphold and expand the many opportunities for our students and families.  Sauk Centre holds many memories for me and I hope the students in these halls make as many good memories here as I did and hope to do.

I grew up in Princeton, MN, but I am proud to call Sauk Centre my home now. I feel very fortunate to be a part of a thriving district and community where my husband and I can raise our 2 sons.
Prior to working for the school district, I had many years of experience as an administrative assistant in different industries including logistics, government, and agriculture.
When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, whether we are traveling, camping, or cheering on our favorite sports teams. Go Streeters!
