Jake Fischer

Hey! My name is Jake Fischer and I have been a Career and Technical Education Instructor here since 2015. I am licensed to teach grades 5-12. In my time here I have taught a variety of subjects related to Manufacturing and Transportation fields including; Small Engines, Automotives, Aviation, Manufacturing/CAD, Welding, Machine Tool, as well as a few others. I am passionate about all of the subjects I get to teach and enjoy teaching students skills that will be valuable to them in their lives or future careers. When I’m not teaching other people's kids, my wife and I have three of our own that keep us busy. We’ve also got a dog, a cat, and several chickens. In my time off I enjoy tinkering in the shop, furthering my skills in the areas that I teach, flying airplanes, hunting & fishing, and planning our families next adventure. If you ever have any questions or just want to talk shop, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Scott Rieger

Hello! My name is Scott Rieger. I have a very wide variety of experiences that I feel will benefit students in many ways. I have been involved in manufacturing for over 35 years including design, engineering, programming of all kinds of CNC equipment, electrical and electronics, hydraulic systems, automotive systems, computer and network technologies and IT infrastructure, telecommunications, etc. I’ve also been involved in various aspects of agriculture, business management, architectural design, all aspects of building construction and management including electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior design. I also spent time in the Navy as an electronics technician on a Trident Submarine. I have lived all over the country, so I have experienced a lot of different regional cultures and people. I have two kids each with kids of their own. I enjoy traveling and spending time in the mountains, riding my motorcycle and building things. I look forward to meeting both students and parents. If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out.
