Spencer Carpenter

I was hired by the Sauk Centre School District in 2016 and am very happy and pleased to be here.  I am a 2007 graduate of Sauk Centre High School and am so excited to be given the opportunity to teach and coach students from my hometown.  I started my college career at Fergus Fall Community College and then continued my education at University of Northwestern - Saint Paul and finally the College of Saint Scholastica. I began teaching in 2013 at SkyView Academy in Highlands Ranch, CO where I taught 7th grade history for three years.  My home is now Sauk Centre again and this is where I plan to stay.

Jeff Ross

Hello, my name is Mr. Ross.  I was born and raised in Sleepy Eye, MN.  I then enrolled at Mankato State University.  I graduated from there with a degree in Social Studies.  After graduating from college, I got a job teaching Civics and American History-11 in Sauk Centre, MN.  I’m the proud father of Kasey (Hunter) and Ethan Ross.  In my spare time I like watching sports and reading.

James Schreiner

My name is James Schreiner I have been a Social Studies teacher and the head coach of both the girls and boys swim teams in Sauk Centre since the 1996-97 school year.  I attended Mankato State University (now Minnesota State University, Mankato) where I earned my teaching degree and a degree in geography.  I have taught nearly every course in the Social Studies department and have a passion for learning.  I am married to an amazing First Grade teacher that also teaches in Sauk Centre and have two wonderful children.  Life is Grand!

Todd Ziemer

I have been working at the Sauk Centre Public schools since 1991. During that time I have taught a number of social studies classes but most recently have been teaching mostly World Geography. I have also been very active in extra curricular activiities. I have coached football, basketball and baseball . Most recently coaching 7th grade girls basketball.
